Al Darb, which means ‘pathway', highlights the variety of customised career options within Qatar Airways for Qatari Nationals, placing them on the pathway to becoming global citizens and ambassadors for The State of Qatar.
The Film House wanted to help portray Qatar Airways as the perfect career destination for Qataris who go the extra-mile; those that get up early; those that stay until the job is done; those that have keen extra-curricular interests and a positive outlook on life. We spent a good while with the Nationalisation team and they are incredible individuals. The programme is clearly an ideal place to nurture such talented people.
